We have a particular clinical focus on ACL injuries, including non-surgical ACL healing and management, rehabilitation following ACL reconstruction and return-to-sport preparation. Block Knee Extension Bracing (BLEX) is used where clinically appropriate, while the Cross Bracing Protocol is reserved for selected directly referred cases.
Treatment combines exercise-based rehabilitation with Manual Therapy, Dry Needling, education and injury prevention strategies. Each plan is tailored and progressed according to the individual’s diagnosis, goals, physical demands and stage of recovery.

Assessment considers your symptoms, movement, strength, function, relevant imaging and physical demands. Findings are explained clearly and used to develop an individualised treatment and rehabilitation plan, with recommendations tailored to your goals and current stage of recovery.

Treatment is tailored to your clinical diagnosis and goals. Your rehabilitation and exercise program is progressively adjusted according to your response and stage of recovery. Education and self-management strategies help you understand your injury and manage your rehabilitation confidently.

Rehabilitation can progress from early pain and symptom management through to strength, running, change of direction and return-to-sport preparation where appropriate. Education, load management and ongoing exercise are used to build physical capacity and help reduce the risk of future injury.
